A PAINLESS PROCESS
The process begins with an evaluation. First, we use numerous diagnostic processes to conduct analysis of the odor causing gases in the breath itself.

A sample of the oral bacteria flora is taken and viewed under a Dark Phase Contrast Microscope, allowing the patient to actually see the bacteria. Based on these diagnostic tests, a diagnosis is made and a course of treatment is outlined. The diagnostic evaluation fee is charged depend on the severity of the malodor. (At this time, if any dental problems are detected, we refer the patient to their own dentist for appropriate care.)

2-PHASED TREATMENT
It's equally important to address any dental/medical needs as it is related to breath disorders, so we'll counsel the patient in that area, in addition to mapping out a specific course of treatment for controlling the breath problem. Most importantly, we'll recommend products and procedures to use that will literally eliminate the odor-causing gases and bacteria which are the cause of bad breath. We may also recommend special devices for cleaning the mouth and tongue, as a further step in keeping the halitosis from developing in the future. Bad breath can only be controlled, not cured... You must perform your customized home care daily.
